1995 saw the debut of the globally-standardised sleeve series; the first such issue being characterised by a range of custom art collectively termed the 'baby hands' range; so-named due to the presence, on many of the key-image composites, of the same smooth-skinned stubby-fingered hand holding a Walther PPK (see images, below).
The Baby Hands art sported VHS sleeves for the remainder of the format's life.

Alternative versions of Baby Hands key-art were used on some titles in some territories; there are also examples of cropping of key art in a given release.
